  15. Recently, I created a bitmap in resource workshop . All I want to do now 
  16. is to write some code that will make it appear on the screen when I click 
  17. the right mouse button. How would I do that? I am using turbo c++ visual 
  18. edition. A sample program would be great. I am desperate!
